Conciliation and Consultation Fees

Standard Fees for Staff Conciliators

Conciliation and consultation fees are charged at the rates listed below for conciliation or consultation time with parties, and preparation time, plus expenses. Travel time is charged at half the normal rate. Expenses include such things as long distance phone calls, materials, and traveling expenses (i.e., meals, transportation, lodging, etc.). Daily maximum applies when hours exceed 8 per day. Weekly maximum applies when hours exceed 40 hours per week. Initial 30-minute consultation — No charge
Hourly Rate — $150.00
Daily Maximum — $1,200.00
Weekly Maximum — $6,000.00

To talk to a *Certified Christian Conciliator for consultation, print out and complete a Consultation Agreement form, and fax or mail it to Ambassadors of Reconciliation. Then call us at 406-698-6107 for an appointment.

Retainer Agreement Fees for Staff Conciliators

In our Retainer Agreement, the client agrees to maintain an annual retainer deposit of $5,000.00 to cover anticipated fees and costs. Retainer fees may be applied for training fees. Client agrees to pay for any charges not covered by the retainer fee. Upon the client’s request at the end of the calendar year, any unused balance of the retainer shall be refunded to client after all fees and expenses have been paid or applied to a new retainer contract.

Clients with retainer on deposit shall be charged at the more favorable rates listed below. (Fees listed here are subject to change – please contact our office for current fees applicable to your situation.)

Hourly Rate — $125.00
Daily Maximum — $1,000.00
Weekly Maximum — $5,000.00

Written Proposal Fees

Written proposal fees will vary, depending on the specific needs of the client. (Fees listed here are subject to change – please contact our office for current fees applicable to your situation.) Based on past experience, average costs for the following services have been:

Initial 30-minute consultation: No charge
Seminar with One-Day Consultation: $4,000 plus expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and materials). Usual deposit required is $5,000.
Reconciliation Assistance for Conflicted Groups (for a team of three): $14,000 for reconciliation services plus expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and materials). Usual deposit required is $20,000.
